Canal de Isabel II awards SUEZ Advanced Solutions the execution of the third phase of the Minerva Project

SUEZ Advanced Solutions will carry out the third phase of the Minerva Project for the continuous monitoring of the quality of the water in wastewater treatment plants (WWTP).

The aim of the Minerva Project (Comprehensive Monitoring of Remote Plants for Automatic Surveillance of Sewerage) is to equip the WWTPs with the instrumentation to continuously measure the quality of the wastewater, analyzing various parameters, both in the effluent and in the influent, in order to ensure environmental protection of the area and comply with the requirements imposed by the current regulations of the river basin organizations.

Over the next 12 months, SUEZ Advanced Solutions will carry out the supply, installation and commissioning of 12 continuous monitoring cabins in WWTPs situated in different locations of Madrid, and will be in charge of their preventive and corrective maintenance for an additional period of one year.
