AQUALOGY ORGANIZES A WORKSHOP ON WATER EFFICIENCY IN THE TOURISM SECTOR

14 February 2013

Next 5 March at Agbar Tower, Aqualogy, the global brand of integrated water solutions, in conjunction with e-MTA (Euro-Mediterranean Tourism and Water Campus), will hold the First Tourism and Water Conference aimed at managers and experts from the tourism sector. The main aim of the event is to provide the keys to efficient and responsible water management, in addition to responding to the needs of the tourism sector and contributing to increasing competitiveness and environmental sustainability.

The conference will allow tourism sector professionals to share the opportunities, challenges and potential offered by the efficient management of water at tourist facilities. The issues to be addressed at the conference include, for example, reducing the consumption of water resources, the optimization and efficiency of water-related infrastructure and environmental certifications.

The increasing demands for comfort from tourists, the construction of facilities that consume large amounts of water, such as water parks and golf courses, and the unquestionable growth of tourism, a priority sector for economic growth in our country, require efficient water management in this sector.
