The generation of gases and dust represents a complex problem when it is a question of the quality of interior air and atmospheric emissions, in addition to the value of energy costs. This problem requires specific solutions that take into account gas generation processes with the aim of reducing to a minimum the flow for treatment.

Adequate catchment/ventilation and pipelines are important and, finally, possible alternative treatments should be considered. In this way, we can guarantee the best solution at the lowest cost of implementation and operation.

This low-temperature thermal drying system enables sludge production to be reduced by 70% and improves its recovery possibilities in terms of energy and agricultural reuse, thus optimising the management of this waste.

It improves management efficiency thanks to:

  • The minimisation of the environmental impact by means of the reduction (up to 70%) of the amount of waste, the possibility of storing the end product, and the development of an odourless process, etc.
  • Greater possibilities for its end management, including energy recovery (waste to energy) and reuse.

A new system for cleaning pipes by injecting an ice solution into the pipe's interior. This system provides a service that is fast, effective and environmentally friendly, and which adapts to all types of network, changes of sections and elbows. It produces a descaling effect one thousand times more effective than draining with water or other conventional systems, with minimum service interruptions for customers.
