Objective assessment of the impact of a facility due to environmental odour pollution, permitting the adoption of corrective measures at the source of emission to minimise the environmental impact.
The generation of gases and dust represents a complex problem when it is a question of the quality of interior air and atmospheric emissions, in addition to the value of energy costs. HTC - AQUALYSIS

Continuous thermal hydrolysis of treatment plant sludge that enables the optimisation of its subsequent anaerobic digestion by increasing the production of biogas, while improving both the operation of the digester (less viscosity and residence time, elimination of foam) and the characteristics of the digested sludge (better dewaterability and sanitised sludge).

It presents a thermal integration system, which makes it energy self-sufficient, given that it does not require extra energy to operate the pre-treatment unit.

This low-temperature thermal drying system enables sludge production to be reduced by 70% and improves its recovery possibilities in terms of energy and agricultural reuse, thus optimising the management of this waste.

It improves management efficiency thanks to:

  • The minimisation of the environmental impact by means of the reduction (up to 70%) of the amount of waste, the possibility of storing the end product, and the development of an odourless process, etc.

A new system for cleaning pipes by injecting an ice solution into the pipe's interior. This system provides a service that is fast, effective and environmentally friendly, and which adapts to all types of network, changes of sections and elbows. It produces a descaling effect one thousand times more effective than draining with water or other conventional systems, with minimum service interruptions for customers.

Aqualogy employs the electrochemical technology necessary to treat water whose pollutants cannot be treated using conventional means or technologies.
This technology is based on the application of an electrical field between anodes and cathodes, made of a specific material for each application. The applied electrical current provides the electromotive force required to cause a series of chemical reactions that contribute to the destabilisation of pollutant molecules, leading to their precipitation and/or oxidation to more biodegradable compounds.
